Designer Service Plan

After placing the 1000 RMB design reservation deposit:

1. A dedicated designer and stylist will work together to serve you one-on-one.

2. Please share your floor plan, interior renderings, estimated furniture budget, and expected delivery timeline with the team.

3. You can send reference images of styles you like. If you don’t have any, the stylist will recommend options based on your preferences.

4. The designer and stylist will recommend suitable furniture pieces that match your space and preferences.

5. The designer will optimize your floor plan and finalize accurate furniture dimensions.

6. Once the products are confirmed, we will provide visual renderings showing how the main pieces will look in your space.

7. After confirming the visuals, the stylist will prepare a detailed furniture list.

8. You can choose to visit Foshan factory or proceed online—we’ll follow the appropriate process based on your choice.

9. We will sign a formal order contract and a buyer agreement to protect your rights and interests.

10. Before shipping, our quality inspector will visit the factory to check all items and send you detailed photos and videos for final confirmation.

11. Once approved, your furniture will be shipped and installed. If any damage occurs during transit, VN will coordinate with the factory and logistics team until everything is resolved to your satisfaction.
