Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time: the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time: the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you. Your orders will be processed within 3-6 days of placement unless otherwise stated.

Return &Refund Policy

The order is only allowed to be canceled before the delivery,we will process the cancel order within 48 hours after the customer applies for it and we willrefund you within 3-5 working days.

2.The return process

Step 1:Please contact us in advance.We will process the application within 3-5 working days and reply you the processing result.

Step 2: Once we agree with your return or exchange application,in some situations you should  send back the product to us within 5 days(we willreject all packages that without our agreement) and update us the tracking information;

Step 3(if exchange):Once we  receive the product and check the status,we will re-ship and update the tracking number within 7-15 working days.
